These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of present.newcoachingclients.com and newcoachingclients.com (the "Site"), and any related services, calls, or products offered by Andreev Consulting LTD ("we," "us," or "our"). By booking a call, purchasing a service, or otherwise using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

2. Our Services
We provide marketing strategy, positioning, and copywriting services to coaches and wellness practitioners, primarily clients located in the United States and Canada. Our core offering includes:
- A package of Strategy & Clarity Sessions
- Optional done-for-you implementation services (e.g., sales page copy, messaging, email sequences)
Specific scope, deliverables, pricing, and timelines for any paid engagement will be confirmed separately (e.g., via a proposal, invoice, or agreement) before work begins. These Terms apply in addition to any such agreement; where there's a conflict, the specific agreement controls.
3. Booking Calls
Free Clarity Calls are booked through our scheduling platform (Trafft). By booking a call, you agree to:
- Provide accurate contact and scheduling information
- Attend at the scheduled time, or reschedule/cancel with reasonable notice
- Understand that the call is a consultative session and may include an assessment of whether our paid services are a good fit for you
We reserve the right to reschedule or decline to hold a call at our discretion.
4. Payment Terms
- Fees for paid services will be quoted before you commit to any engagement.
- Payment terms (e.g., due dates, installment options) will be specified at the time of purchase or in your service agreement.
- All fees are quoted in USD unless stated otherwise.
- All sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a purchase has been made, regardless of whether sessions have been used. If you have concerns about your engagement, contact us at alex@newcoachingclients.com and we'll do our best to address them.
5. No Guarantee of Results
Our services provide strategic guidance, coaching, and/or content creation. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue, client acquisition, or results of any kind, as these depend on factors outside our control, including your own implementation, market conditions, and industry-specific factors. Any examples, testimonials, or case studies referenced on the Site or during calls reflect individual experiences and are not promises of similar results.
6. Intellectual Property
- All content on the Site — including copy, video, branding, and materials — is owned by Andreev Consulting LTD unless otherwise noted, and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.
- Any deliverables created for you as part of a paid engagement (e.g., sales page copy, email sequences) become your property upon full payment, unless otherwise specified in your service agreement.
- We retain the right to reference completed work (e.g., as a portfolio example or case study) unless you request otherwise in writing.
7. Client Responsibilities
To get the most out of our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information relevant to your business and goals
- Participate actively in sessions and provide timely feedback where needed
- Use any deliverables in a manner consistent with applicable laws and platform policies (e.g., Meta's advertising standards)
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Andreev Consulting LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
9. Third-Party Tools and Links
Our Site and services may involve or link to third-party tools, including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Trafft, Vimeo, and (in the future) MailerLite. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these third parties. Your use of such tools may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive conduct, or for any other reason at our reasonable discretion. You may discontinue use of our services at any time, subject to any payment obligations already incurred.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
